Terms of Business / Cancellation Policy

Booking Procedure: Space Apart Hotel studio apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

 

Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of 33% of the total cost of your accommodation is required to secure the booking.

 

Credit Card Charges: Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated below is agreed.

 

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for any credit card transactions. There is no surcharge for a debit card.

 

 

Payment: The balance of the apartment charges must be paid for in full prior to the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

You will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses

Monthly payment can be arranged on request for any stays over one month.

 

Where payment has not been made in full, in advance, a security deposit of 4 weeks rental will be payable

 

Security Deposit: No security deposit is required for any bookings paid for in full, in advance.

 

Option to Extend: If an option to extend is required please state this under special requirements. If option to extend is requested, the following written notice is required in order to exercise the option;

 

For stays of up to 7 nights, 72 hours notice is required prior to scheduled departure date. For stays of more than 7 nights, 1 weeks' notice is required prior to scheduled departure date

 

Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in is from 14:00 and check out by 11am

 

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge, which is a maximum of three nights apartment charge. For stays of 2-6 nights you would be charged only 1 nights charge. For stays of 7 or more nights you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 nights accommodation. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeit of the entire booking deposit.
